‘Any Day Now’ is about looking forward to something, whether that is a mountain hike in the fynbos, the moment just before you dive into the cold ocean or any of the many plans one might make for the future – big or small. The theme for the exhibition emerged as the artist is currently pregnant with her first child and so anticipation for the future is at the forefront of her mind. The 31 paintings we are exhibiting invite you to keep looking ahead for the good when we find ourselves in challenging times.
This is Neeske Alexander’s first solo exhibition at Chandler House.
The exhibition will open on Thursday 3rd February at 5pm and will run until the 26th of February 2022.
