A collection of botanical studies by Ronan Quinlan.
Whilst Spring begins officially on the Spring Equinox – this year it’ll be on September 23rd at about 4 am – most people celebrate it on September the 1st. If you go down to your local flower seller, you’ll find buckets of fiery poppies, sweet-perfumed freesias, spotted alstroemeria and ravishing ranunculus. You can’t help but feel better when there are flowers around. At Chandler House, we are feeling very good, as we are surrounded by many of the floral studies that artist Ronan Quinlan has painted. Each of his quietly observed still-life works is recorded in gouache with meticulous detail. Well-priced and with a few feline visitors, his works are sure to bring colour and joy to whichever room they hang in.
